Statement of risk
As with all hikes, there is an element of risk - twisted ankles etc. Each hike is lead by a qualified hiking guide who is first aid trained. I always recommend that you wear hiking boots and trousers to eliminate minor injuries. By signing up to this event you demonstrate your acknowledgment of this statment and the accosiated risks.
