Leaving from VIP HQ Essex. On this route we'll be heading west out towards Chigwell Row, walking through Hainault forest before stopping at a pub for a drink and some food before setting off through Hainault Forest again to circle back round to the start.

Statement of risk

As with all hikes, there is an element of risk - twisted ankles etc. Each hike is lead by a qualified hiking guide who is first aid trained. I always recommend that you wear hiking boots and trousers to eliminate minor injuries. By signing up to this event you demonstrate your acknowledgment of this statment and the accosiated risks.
