Small Group Training

Training on your own can be hard work and too expensive for some - others just prefer to train with a small team. This is where small group training comes in. It's the perfect balance between tailored personal training and group fitness sessions with everyone in your team working towards the same goal. 

You'll have set session times to help you maintain a good schedule and keep you comitted. 

I program these sessions to lead us up to my quartely fitness retreats so that you can get the best out of them, and be fit enough to join me and my team hiking in the mountains, paddleboarding on lakes and rivers and any other activities that we've got planned. 

You'll regularly be working in a team of no more than 4 throughout the whole program and you'll also get access to my extracurricular events - including hiking, paddleboarding, football, bike riding, climbing and more.

Tuesday + Thursday

Location: VIP HQ Essex

Early bird team: 07:00 am - 07:50 am

Leisure team: 11:00 am - 11:50 am

Evening team: 17:00 pm - 18:00 pm
